Beacon Range of Timber Bollards

Custom lighting “Beacon” bollards use 190 x 90 hardwood, with a 3mm stainless steel face plate cut for the project. The plate is laser cut from a client-supplied DXF file. Within the area marked on the CAD files (see below) available for signage, there is complete freedom to place what you need.

If you can draw it, we can cut it. But remember to link up the centres of letters such as “O” If you draft outside the “box” those areas may not be effectively lit.

Modifications to the design
We can produce bollards with a longer illuminated section. The LED requires increments of 140mm. The distance above the ground is fixed.

A DWG file is included as well as a DXF, along with a PDF. The file you send to us must be a DXF. Also send a conversion to PDF. We have found that some symbols especially are problematic in the conversion from DWG to DXF. The PDF allows us to confirm that there are no problems.

Lighting Information (colour, power requirements)
OSA uses a three segment Lumascape LS931LED Lineo series LED emmiting a white light. Other colours are available. The Data sheet (188 KB PDF brochure) gives available colours and power requirement. Note that other colours to those listed may require a minimum order quantity.
